The Ferrari California was introduced in 2008 heralding the return of the famous California model designation, which had graced the 250 GT and the 365 California in the 50s and 60s. The California held several firsts for Ferrari in that it was the first car Ferrari produced with a front engine V8, 7-speed dual clutch transmission and the first with a metal folding roof. The car proved to be a huge success and about 4 years later the California T was announced with an all-new engine and the addition of a turbocharger, the first to feature on a Ferrari since the F40. The Turbo gave astounding performance figures with a 0-60 taking 3.6 seconds.

Our California was delivered new to H.R. Owen Sports cars in London and has only 2 keepers from new with full main dealer service history. This example resides in historical Ferrari colours, Blue Scozia with Beige Tradizione interior.

The specification for our car is truly impressive, with nearly £45,000 worth of options. This includes Magneride dual mode suspension, aluminium brake callipers, chromed front grille, 20-inch diamond-cut forged wheels, Scuderia shields on fenders, seat backrest in interior leather colour, carbon fibre driving zone, central tunnel and dashboard inserts, white rev counter, Apple car play, premium Hi-fi and aluminium footrests. Also specified was Ferrari HELE or High Emotion Low Emission system, of which the California was the first model to feature this technology.

This years service will be completed prior to sale by a Ferrari Main Dealer, with one additional annual service remaining on the Ferrari Service Plan.
